Enable Console in Halo Trial

Console is a setting built into the full version of Halo: Combat Evolved (PC) that allows you to control the server, change settings, and kick other players. It must be enabled in Halo Trial.

2. Extract and run PPF-O-Matic.
3. Set the ISO File to
   C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Trial\halo.exe
   (Note: When you are locating the file, you may need to change the "Files of type:" drop-down selection to All Files (*.*) instead of CD Images.)


4. Set the Patch to the location of console.ppf on your computer.


5. Press Apply and close PPF-O-Matic.
6. Right-click the Halo shortcut icon.


7. Click Properties.


8. Click the Shortcut tab, and click in the Target input field. Type -console at the end after the last quotation mark as shown in the picture.


9. Finally, click OK to enable Console on Halo Trial.
